[CIG-SHORT] Ellipsoid mesh for Pylith

Dear Pylith developers,

I have a question indirectly related to Pylith, but I think it could be
useful for users who model volcanic sources with the software. How can I
generate and mesh a domain with an ellipsoid instead of a sphere in Cubit??
I haven't figured it out how to do it.
