Dear Teng,

A quick look shows that your elements appear to be ordered starting in the middle, row-by-row on the right, and then row-by-row on the left (see attached image).  You could probably modify the script to take this into account, but I believe that any script that relies on elements being numbered in a particular way is going to be very fragile.  I think that a more robust method would be to reorder the cells yourself before plotting.  This would be easy to do, since you also have access to the vertex and cell information.
