It looks like the installer for v1.8.0 was not tagged or uploaded. I 
have uploaded it and added some missing metadata so that the v1.8.0 
release shows up on the PyLith web page 
(https://geodynamics.org/cig/software/pylith/).

You may need to download the tarballs of the PyLith dependencies by hand 
from the original locations because files may have moved since 2012.
