Dear Dr. Brad Aagaard,

I’m a PhD student in Geophysics at McGill University.

I’m trying to install Pylith -2.2.1 on a cluster system using the pylith-installer package.

Module load:

module load gcc/4.9.1

module add openmpi/1.8.3-gcc

Configure:

mkdir -p $HOME/build/pylith

  $HOME/src/pylith/pylith-installer-2.2.1-0/configure \

    --enable-python \

    --with-make-threads=2 \

    --prefix=$HOME/pylith

However, it turned out to be not installed correctly:

FAIL: testbc

Please report to cig-short at geodynamics.org

Please find the attached .log file. It seems to be a problem

Related to MPI.  I’m wondering can you help me to resolve this issues please?
