[CIG-SHORT] [EXTERNAL] [Install Pylith On a Cluster Systemm]

Are you loading the modules manually every time you log in or are you 
loading them in your shell startup file? I believe the tests run in a 
separate shell so you need the environment (including the modules) to be 
automatically set when you start a shell (e.g., via .profile or .bashrc).
