Thannk you, Brad!
I wrote the module-loading into a .bash_rc file.
Although it failed the test, the code worked when I used it
to run a benchmark problem, i.e. tpv205 using PBS.

    Are you loading the modules manually every time you log in or are you 
    loading them in your shell startup file? I believe the tests run in a 
    separate shell so you need the environment (including the modules) to be 
    automatically set when you start a shell (e.g., via .profile or .bashrc).
