[CIG-SHORT] Pylith-output data of a specified fault node

PyLith does not have an equivalent output object to OutputSolnPoints. We 
assume you would want the output over the entire fault surface, not just 
a small subset of fault locations. You can easily interpolate the values 
over the fault surface to any desired location via post processing.
