[CIG-SHORT] Pylith-output data of a specified fault node

OutputSolnSubset only works with the solution over the domain (hence the 
name). It will not work for the fault, materials, or boundary condditions.

You also cannot subdivide the fault into pieces, because the topology of 
the mesh will not be the same as one continuous fault surface.
