[CIG-SHORT] Why Pylith could not find final slip at some point using spatial database Final slip.

Hi Tu,

I’m not positive, but the nearest neighbor error might have to do with a disagreement between the number of points you’ve provided and the number that it says in your spatialdb.

Are the x, y coordinates you’re using those of the points on the fault itself?  If so, what happens if you use x, y, z coordinates instead of just setting z to zero?

p.s.  I don’t think these errors are related to grid quality.
