[CIG-SHORT] Why can't Pylith successfully interpolate the slip on the fault plane?

Hello,
I tried other kinds of spatial database, such as, SimpleGridDB and UniformDB. It still reports errors:
RuntimeError: basic_string::substr: __pos (which is 11) > this->size() (which is 10)

So I do no think this error should relate to the spatial database. Does anyone know how to deal with this problem? I cannot understand the meaning of the error.
