[aspect-devel] error: ‘DEAL_II_FALLTHROUGH’ was not declared in this scope

Yes, I did all of it.

It's set to -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX:PATH=/home/lev/aspect/dealii_debug/
Pretty sure I do have write access there since it's within my home
directory.
