I can provide a binary, but if you are going to be experimenting with
erosion and sedimentation, you will have to learn how to build Gale.
Where did you get stuck when you tried to build Gale?  Were you able
to install Cygwin?

To understand the details of how to set parameters, it is best to work
through the cookbooks (Chapter 5).  After that, you can look at the
Geomod benchmarks (Appendix C.6 and C.7) and the geologic example
(Chapter 6).
