[CIG-LONG] Gale 1.5/1.6: Stress boundary conditions and standard condition functions

Hi Walter,

I recompiled and the input file now runs fine with Gale 1.6.1, not sure what the issue was on my end there.  Sorry about that and thanks again for getting a new release out so quickly for the StressBC and thermal diffusivity fixes!
