[CIG-MC] Change of Temperature file after checkpoint frequency

Dear Eh ,

I am trying to work with checkpoint frequency files . I want to change the
temperature at the checkpoint timestep. But even-though I change the
temperature field its not incoorporated in my calculations. Could you
please help.
