[CIG-MC] problem in CitcomS-3.2.0

Dear Jiashun,

The attached config.log seems coming from the python package, not from
CitcomS. Did you attach a wrong file?

In fact, you don't need to build python on your linux machine. Python is
already installed on it. You only need the header file from Ubuntu using
this command:

(as root)
apt-get install python2.6-dev

Then you can install CitcomS as regular user
