[CIG-MC] Segmentation fault error when adding tracers

Hello,

I have been trying to add tracers into my model, but no matter what method I use (random or file) I always get a segmentation fault error on process 3. 


Attached is a copy and pasted termial after I run it as well as the tracer logs.
