[CIG-MC] Segmentation fault error when adding tracers

Hi Scott,

I don't have a clue on the possible cause of the segmentation fault from
the information you provided.

Are you able to run Cookbook 7? It seems you are customizing the input file
of Cookbook 5. Can you attach your modified input file?
