[CIG-MC] Segmentation fault error when adding tracers

Hi Eh,

I think Scott and I figured out the problem, there was a typo in the parameter file he was using.

To anyone else using CitcomS: if you get a segmentation fault during initialization the problem is likely an incorrect parameter file or incorrect format of the input files.
