[CIG-SEISMO] SPECFEM2D problem

Hi Paul,
I just committed the corrected specfem2D.F90 file. A couple of arguments 
where missing in the compute_pressure_whole_medium subroutine, which 
calculates the pressures and which is called in specfem2D.f90
