[CIG-SEISMO] specfem 3d

hi ,now ,i use specfem 3d to simulate to investigate the topography surface effect on ground motion in wenchuan earthquake .there is a problem about  surface wave i wonder .if using a homogeneous no-layered model ,is the simulate result concluding the surface wave ?what second the surface wave will appear ?
