[CIG-SEISMO] Mesh refinement

Dear SPECFEM Team,

I am using a topography in my model which result in deformed mesh. Even
when I do refinement of the topo surface by making DO_TOPO_REFINEMENT
'True'. I also did some manual refinement but could not make it work. Is
there any suggestion how could I make my mesh good for processing? or may
be some examples/manual somebody know about?

I will be really grateful for any suggestion.
