[CIG-SEISMO] modeling layers with variation in the thickness using internal mesher

Hi 
I am trying to model a structure with three layers which each has a variation in the thickness ( as shown in the attached PDF) using internal mesher. I wondering if it is possible using meshfem3D or not ?
