[CIG-SEISMO] SpecFem3D

Hello,
I'm atending to masters degree in Yıldız Technical University Turkey.I need
to learn Specfem3D for my thesis but I can't.I downloaded program in
github.com and I reached setup file but I could not install.If you can help
me, I will be happy.
