[CIG-SEISMO] SPECFEM2D assigning and updating wave velocity map

Hi,

I use SPECFEM2D as a forward solver to solve my inverse problem in which 
geometry and wave velocities of the anomalous regions, which can be of 
arbitrary shapes, are updated iteratively. The initial background mesh 
is generated by gmsh. How could I assign the updated wave velocity 
distribution to SPECFEM2D?
