[CIG-SHORT] Problem configuring pylith

I did use --enable-pythia when I built spatialdata. It did turn out that when trying to configure pylith that I neglected to set PYTHIA_INCDIR. That's been fixed.
Now it says that it can't find tetgen.h. It exists under petsc_dev/externalpackages/Tetgen/include, but this include directory doesn't get incorporated into CPPFLAGS or any other environment variable.

Oliver-
If the first case, I am guessing that you didn't build spatialdata with
the --enable-pythia flag. PyLith PyLith checks for both the spatialdata
Python stuff as well as the C++ stuff.
I think Charles is correct about the superfluous -I flag. This is probably
showing up because you used an environment variable in setting CPPFLAGS that
was not set or was misspelled.
