[CIG-SHORT] Problem configuring pylith

Oliver-

Make sure your PETSC_DIR and PETSC_ARCH environment variables are set 
correctly. PyLith's configure script uses this information to find PETSc and 
figure out all of the PETSc build flags. If you are still stuck, send your 
config.log.
