[CIG-SHORT] An error when executing Pylith built from source in 64bit machine

Please send the complete config.log from when you configured nemesis. We need
to be able to examine your environment variables and the paths to see if they
are finding MPI installed by PETSc.
If there is another MPI version installed on your system, it may be
interfering.
