[CIG-SHORT] Update in SCEC CVM-H model and corresponding issues

Dear Sir/Madam,

I've just downloaded the most recent SCEC CVM-H model from 
structure.harvard.edu/cvm-h. The latest version is vx62. However, when I 
execute the twotet4-geoproj/dislocation.cfg file, it's complaining about 
not being able to find LA_LR.vo from the vx62/bin directory. The .vo 
files in this directory are:

CVM_CM.vo
CVM_LR.vo
CVM_HR.vo
interfaces.vo

Same problem with vx63. Here is the complete error message:
