[CIG-SHORT] Update in SCEC CVM-H model and corresponding issues

Dear Nina,

Unfortunately, I don't think PyLith has been updated to work with the most recent version of CVM-H.  I have version vx53 and that works OK.  I think you may have to contact someone like Andreas Plesch to see if you can get an older version.  If you have trouble getting it, let me know and I will create a tarball for you and put it where you can get it.  Updating PyLith to use the new version actually requires an update to the spatialdata package on which PyLith depends.  If there are significant improvements in the new CVM-H and people wish to update, we will see about upgrading that package.
