[CIG-SHORT] Dynamic faulting under gravity

Hi Birendra,

you can try to:

1 - refine the mesh on the fault;
2 - increase the number of the friction_ksp_max_it

Moreover, if you switch the choesion value from 0 to ...Pa then you
can help the fault to stay locked at time step=0. It could help the
nonlinear solver to converge.
