[CIG-SHORT] Error installing Pylith on Cluster

Hi,
I am using the Cluster options to build Pylith, and I have make sure that
in libtool have the command pic_flag=" -fPIC" wl="-Wl," However I still get
the same error message
ifort: error #10236: File not found: 'libnetcdff.so.5'
I am attaching the libtool file here.
