[CIG-SHORT] pylith error

Birendra,

You should be able to just run "make" in the installer build directory. 
The installer should pick up from where it left off. The installed_PKG 
files prevent the installer from starting from the beginning. If there 
is an installed_pylith file, remove it before running make.
