[CIG-SHORT] PETSC ERROR: Faces should separate only two cells, not 4

Rosario,

It looks to me like you have a buried planar fault, and you are not 
marking the buried edges. See the section on migrating from version 1.9 
to 2.0 in the top-level README and section 6.4.2 of the PyLith manual. 
See also examples/2d/greensfns/reverse for how we mark buried edges (in 
this case a point) and examples/debugging (step02, corrected in 
correct/step02.cfg).
