[CIG-SHORT] Single event dynamic earthquake rupture modeling in PyLith

Hello Developers, I hope I am not too much trouble.  I really appreciate
all the support that you guys are giving me.

I would like to model the dynamic rupture of a single event in PyLith
governed by rate- and state-dependent friction law. Is there any tutorial
on a single dynamic rupture? I can't seem to find it in the manual. Thanks!
