[CIG-SHORT] Kinematic fault convergence

Charles,

I see what you are referring to. Importing the .exo file into trelis/cubit
does show there to be free surfaces in the mesh. This is strange because
before I export the mesh there are no free surfaces and I have
imprinted/merged the geometry successfully (before meshing) in trelis.
After i export the mesh as .exo and then import it back into trelis is says
there are free surfaces.
