[CIG-SHORT] How to mesh the 2-D model into small size

Dear Xu,

Using your mesh1.jou file, I get a mesh with maximum condition number of 1.76, which doesn’t seem too bad (it has 6.7 M cells, however).  What version of Cubit are you using, and what sort of condition number do you get?  I am using Trelis version 16.3.6.
