2014 CIG-EarthScope Institute for Lithospheric Modeling Workshop

Meeting Location 
The Workshop will be held at Arizona State University in ISTB4 (Interdisciplinary Science and Technology Building). All plenary discussions will take place in room 240 (2nd floor). 

Accommodations 
Accommodation will be covered for workshop participants at the Four Points by Sheraton, Tempe AZ:

Please note: Only a limited number of accommodations will be available for the evening of February 4th. See Air Travel note below.

Meals 
Breakfast is offered as part of your room rate at the Four Points by Sheraton. 
Please let Cindy Dick know if you have a dietary request (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, allergies, etc.) by January 15, 2014. 

Air Travel 
Phoenix Sky Harbor International is served by Southwest Airlines, U.S. Airways and most major national airlines.
Please book flights departing after 5pm on February 4th. Please consult check-in Staff upon arrival to arrange group shuttle reservations departing directly from ISTB.

Ground Transportation 
The Four Points Sheraton provides free shuttle service. Upon arrival, call for pick-up: 480.968.3451

Poster Instructions 
Poster boards will be located on the 3rd floor. Please post by noon on Monday or give them to the staff at the check-in desk outside of 240 ITSB4 upon arrival. Posters should be no larger than 4'x8'.

Reimbursement

Funds will be available for reimbursement of travel expenses for attendees. Please refer to your offer letter for details. Participants must register to ensure they are part of the paid hotel block. Breakfast is provided by the hotel. Lunch on both days and dinner Monday evening will also be provided. You are responsible for your own room charges.

Please note Arizona State University is a tobacco-free campus.
