The workshop will be held on the campus of the University of California, Davis in the Physics Building, Room 185.

From Sacramento
- From I-80 west
- Exit UC Davis (Exit 71)
- Turn right onto Old Davis Road and drive past the information kiosk
- At the traffic circle, continue straight to stay on Old Davis Road
- Turn right onto Hilgard Lane
- Turn left into the Gateway Parking Structure
From San Francisco
- From I-80 east
- Exit UC Davis (Exit 71)

From Southern California and Sacramento International Airport
- From I-5 north
- Take Highway 113 south toward Woodland
- Take I-80 east toward Sacramento
- Exit UC Davis (Exit 71)
- Turn left onto Old Davis Road and drive past the information kiosk
- At the traffic circle, continue straight to stay on Old Davis Road
- Turn right onto Hilgard Lane
- Turn right into Gateway Parking Structure
Parking
A valid UC Davis permit is required to park on campus. Visitor parking permits are available for $9.00 per day and may be purchased from permit dispensing machines located at the entrances to visitor parking lots. Permit dispensers accept Visa and Mastercard only (they do not accept cash.
The Physics Building can be accessed through the East entrance ramp. Walk towards Mrak Hall taking a left through Parking Lot 3. Other walkways and entrances are open. The car bridge across Putah Creek is closed to pedestrian traffic
