Meeting Venue
The meeting will be held at the Conference Center on the campus of UC Davis. The Conference Center is a 21 min walk from Regan Hall (campus housing). A walking group will meet at 7:15 on Friday June 17 and Monday June 20 on the north side (courtyard) of Regan Main.
Please contact us if you need assistance in getting to and from housing and the meeting venue. Parking is available in lot VP25 at $9 a day.
Lunch and snacks provided.
Housing
Campus housing is provided in the Regan Hall residence area (Nova, Paloma and Talara). Rooms are singles or shared quads. Linens are included. Single sex bathrooms are available on every other floor. Please remember to bring your own toiletires.

Breakfast is provided as part of your housing package at Segundo Dining Commons, a short walk just west of Regan Hall from 6:45-8:30A daily. Other meals are available for purchase. Food is labeled with common dietary restrictions.
A room block is also available at the Aggie Inn. Room rates start at $129 per night and are not reimbursable. Last day to make reservations at these rates is Monday 5/9, after which rooms are on a space available basis. Mention CIG when booking.
Onsite Registration will be held from 3-5pm at Segundo Services Center on Thursday, June 16 and Sunday, June 19 as well as all day at the Conference Center beginning on Monday June 20.
CHECK OUT
- Dispose of excess mess in room or suite
- Return furniture to original place
- Check out at 12 noon to avoid late check-out fees
- Upon check out visit the area conference desk to return keys
- Report any damages or lost keys before or at time of check-out
Guests are asked to turn off air conditioning & lights, lock their room doors, and return room keys/key card to the conference housing desk before checking out. Arrangements must be made in advance if luggage storage will be needed; limited space is available. There is no charge for this service as space is not guaranteed. Guests departing before 7:00am should make arrangements with the desk staff the previous day.
LUGGAGE
Luggage will be picked up on the following days from 7:15-7:30 AM on the south side (street) of Regan Main. Your luggage will be transferred and available for pick-up between 7:45-8 AM. Please claim your luggage by 8AM.

Dining
Additional meals are available for purchase at the Segundo Dining Commons.
Downtown Davis is a 15 min walk to the east through campus.
University Mall is a 10 min walk to the north of campus, across the street on Russell Blvd.
Internet
UC Davis supports wireless internet access through eduroam and guests accounts. Please check whether your university is an eduroam member. Access details can be found here.
Transportation
We recommend flying in and out of Sacramento International Airport (SMF). SMF is served by most major U.S. airlines.
The Davis Airporter and Super Shuttle provides shuttle service to and from SMF and SFO. Use parking lot VP25 for shuttle drop off and pick ups.

The following ground transportation options are available from the area airports:
- Sacramento International Airport (SMF) is approximately 22 miles from campus, with the following shuttle options.
- Oakland International Airport (OAK) is approximately 77 miles from campus. Please see the ground transportation page of the Oakland airport site.
- San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is approximately 84 miles from campus. Please see the the following To & From SFO transportation options.
Parking
Campus Parking : Available at $9.00 per day, Mondays to Fridays, weekends are free. Permits are available through dispensing machines that take credit cards (MC or Visa) and is located in most guest parking areas.
Other UC institution parking permits may be used for a maximum of 5 days ( http://taps.ucdavis.edu/parking/information/reciprocity ). Please contact UC Davis TAPS to check on your specific UC permit.
Travel Reimbursement
All travelers seeking reimbursement must have a Non Employee Travel Reimbursement Form on file with UC Davis. Your travel will be processed quicker if you submit this form on file prior to the event.

You may only claim reimbursement for transportation expenses.
